3DQue completes automated upgrades for Creality CR-10 and CR-6 SE printers, reducing manual operation time

Quinly for Creality CR-10

CR-10 is a large-scale Creality3D printingOne of the machine products, it is enough to provide a build volume of 300 x 300 x 400 mm. This makes the system very suitable for large parts and mass production, but according to 3DQue, the running time of the printing system in the actual production process often only accounts for about 35% of the day. The new CR-10 Quinly kit is designed to substantially increase this number and reduce manual operation time to 95%.

The large VAAPR build plate in the box is not made of glass or PEI, and has no coating or texture. Instead, it uses a special non-toxic, non-flammable formula, which is said to provide 500 times the adhesion when heated. Once the print bed cools down, the parts simply eject and are guided by the print head into the collection tank, eliminating the need for scratching or bending. VAAPR beds are compatible with ABS, PLA, HIPS, nylon, ASA, PC, etc.
MateoPekic, Innovation Director of 3DQue, said: “Quinly for CR-10 allows you to automatically complete the largest printing, realizing night production of large parts, props, clothing, etc., saving a lot of time for printing factories and hobbyists.”

Quinly for Creality CR-6 SE

On the other hand, CR-6 SE is the first crowdfunding of Creality3D printingMachine, it raised approximately $4.3 million on Kickstarter.The system is equipped with some clever innovations designed to solve theConsumer FDMCommon problems found in the printer. In order to solve the old problem of bed leveling, the new machine provides a built-in “no leveling device”, which uses smart pressure sensors to continuously and automatically level the bed surface so that users do not have to do this work.The Quinly kit for CR-6 SE can activate the bed leveling system and the printer’s filament beating sensor, enabling reliable multi-day printing without any human user input. The software will even notify the operator when the filament runs out or the bed needs to be leveled for maintenance.
