This small single-person electric car is equipped with a Lynch electric engine and weighs 150 kilograms. In order to ensure that the vehicle can withstand sufficient load during driving, the designer used PA6 (nylon) 3D printing material.
Chameleon3D printingThe plastic chassis is optimized with Ranfinex’s random software. The software will test random changes in load conditions before providing the final optimized structural design.

Scaled was established at the end of 2015, hoping to provide large-scale3D printingchance. Since then, they have established three large-scale production systems, including one using a robotic arm that can print products up to 3 meters long.
