China3D printingNet, June 3, from innovative hardware and forward-looking robotics technology to complex software and various materials and strong composite materials, the construction industry already has the enjoyment3D printingPotential for all advantages.Affordable3D printingThe idea of housing has attracted many consumers from all over the world, causing many developers to give up all kinds of “first” promises from housing and low-income housing development to villages and offices.
Now, the construction developer is working with the Czech Republic sculptor Michal Trpak to3D printing“The first habitable house”. The project and its structure should be completed by June.Intend to show off3D printingMost of the classic privileges in, such as production speed, reduced waste and carbon footprint usage, and affordability, but these houses are perched on top of the boat.
“Prvok od Burinky (protozoa) will have three rooms-bathroom with toilet, living room with kitchen and bedroom”. The project announcement explained, “The building will be fixed on a pontoon and will be a year-round habitable house. This house provides ecological technologies, such as heat recovery, circulating showers, remote control, green roof and use for drinking water, Reservoirs for utilities and sewage.”
Prvok (protozoa) will be produced in the Czech Republic in June this year. All pictures are provided by Stavebníspořitelna Českéspořitelny (Brinka).
This 43 square meters/463 square foot building3D printingIt is expected to take 48 hours and the entire building will be completed in two months. The robot itself is another Czech innovative product proposed by Trpak in the Scoolpt workshop.A young architect and programmer Jiri Vele3D printingConcrete car robot programming.
Scoolpt collaborated with Master Builders Solutions (BASF) to develop a new type of concrete mixture for printing. The mixture is rich in nano-polypropylene fibers, which has enhanced plasticity, plasticizers and coagulants that can produce better organic shapes. This type of concrete hardens after 24 hours and reaches the standard firmness of the foundation of a classic family home (that is, 25 MPa). After 28 days of complete hardening, the value obtained by the concrete (65 MPa)
