China3D printingNet, August 21, Mexico’s seafront will usher in a new, sustainable, and very luxurious3D printingvacation spot. Habitas Todos Santos will be built along the ocean line of Todos Santos, which is located at the foot of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains. Habitas will be developed on 24 acres of coastal land.
The company headquartered in Tulum, Mexico was founded in 2016 by Oliver Ripley (CEO), Eduardo Castillo and Kfir Levy. By next year, they will begin construction on Habitas Tulum, providing 35 hotel rooms on a private beach “between the jungle and the Caribbean Sea”. Their next adventure project includes entering a hotel adventure project in South Africa with Habitas Namibia, which is built on 47,000 acres of nature reserve.
Habitas Todos Santos will be the continuation of Habitas progressive building model because they are in their own factory3D printingThe main structural components are then assembled on site.

According to China3D printingNetwork understanding,The team claims to focus on using sustainable materials, avoiding environmental impact, and training and hiring local people to maintain its “sustainable micro-economy.”
Ripley said: “After we build with selected materials and try to minimize any permanent structure, we can truly achieve sustainable development.”
For construction, they rely on laminated timber and beams, and for every tree felled, they will be replaced in the local community. The property in Namibia is considered completely “off-grid”, using Tesla solar cells to provide water from a well, which can absorb 30,000 liters of water per day (the equivalent of nearly 8,000 gallons).

The hotel’s furniture and food were purchased locally, continuing to maintain a highly positive economic trend, and Ripley explained that he was also humble:
“We are entering the local community and providing resources to our team from there. We have opened a pop-up school in each location and accepted and hired them through training programs, because in the end, we want to be loved by people. Welcome and local people’s welcome. Therefore, we now promise that every project we own will become the foundation for creating a sustainable and viable economy.”
Habitas Todos Santos, with 80 rooms, has the following characteristics:
.
Beachside swimming pool
.Farm-to-table restaurant
. Holistic Spa
.Organic Herb Garden
.Guest programs include diving, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and surfing, and meditation
The plant is located on the east coast of Mexico and can carry out initial3D printingModular production of parts and then transport them to the site in the form of containers. In the end, Ripley compared the on-site construction to Lego bricks and simplified the assembly process. He expected Todos Santos to complete it in less than four months.
In the future, five new hotels will be opened in Mexico, one in Costa Rica, the Middle East, and several in Bhutan (South Asia).
