The Additive Technology Center of the Russian State Technology Group has obtained a license from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.3D printingThe way of batch production of products. This is the first company approved by Russia to conduct large-scale3D printingBusiness. This kind of license allows companies to mass-produce and test components of civil passenger planes, helicopters, and engines.
The Additive Technology Center was established in 2018. The strategic goal is to provide full-cycle services from engineering design to batch production of structural components. Currently, it has mastered the production capacity of 450 parts and has the largest scale in Russia.3D printingEquipment, including 41 additive manufacturing and auxiliary equipment. With the help of3D printingTechnology, the Additive Technology Center can shorten the production time of a single component from 6 months to 3 weeks. The characteristic of additive manufacturing components is that they are lighter while maintaining functional characteristics, which can increase the payload of the aircraft and improve other performance.
