【Installation Procedures】
1.Put the spring steel sheet on the top of the magnetic sheet,make sure all corners are aligned.
2. Tear off the backing paper and stick the magnetic sheet to the platform as the fifth picture shows. You can use immediately after you stick the sheet to the platform.
3. If your printed model is small, we suggest you print a spacer first to elevate the steel sheet. But please notice that if you use a spacer, you’d better re-level the printer in case of destroying your printer.
4.When you finish the printing, you can separate the steel sheet from the platform directly.
【 Notice】
(1)Don’t scratch the surface to avoid deformation of the bottom surface of the printing model.
(2) Don’t bend the steel plate excessively to avoid damaging the surface coating.
(3) Please confirm whether the magnetic force is enough to ensure that the steel plate is stable on the platform before printing with soft magnetic paste and magnet.
(4) Please clean the surface of the steel plate before the first time printing to avoid surface stains from interfering with printing.
(5) Don’t use chemicals other than alcohol to clean.
(6) Please level before printing to avoid nozzle scratching the surface.
(7) Please confirm the printing platform size of your resin 3d printer before purchasing.
