FEP release film characteristics:
1. High transparency – UV transmittance is over 95%, which is the perfect product for printing and provides product quality. Make mold release easier.
2. Corrosion resistance – not affected by almost any strong acid, strong alkali, oxidant and other solvents.
3. High temperature resistance – long-term stable working temperature (-240 ° C – 205 ° C).
Installation Steps:
Step1: Remove 8 screws to detach the steel rings from the resin vat.
Step2: Remove the 24 screws to seperate the steel rings and change the FEP film.
Step3: Put the new FEP film in-between the two steel rings and install those 24 screws back. You may need to force the screw in.
Step4: Install the steel rings back to the resin vat and ensure the FEP film is clean and tensioned properly.
Tips:
Please tore the film protector before use. FEP film should be replaced when surface is severely scratched or the elasticity disappears.
